What is the North American dialup service?
It is truly the last dialup service you will need...
The North American dialup service allows you, the customer, to access the Internet from over 12 000 dialup numbers. The majority of these numbers reside across Canada and the United States, with some even in parts of Europe and Asia.
Who would benefit the most from the North American dialup service?
Anyone who does a lot of traveling, either for business or pleasure, will enjoy the trivial modification of changing only the phone number in their dialup configuration to access the Internet from their new destination. There are no expensive third party accounts that need to be created nor any changes in your email settings required to browse the web and use email at any of the thousands of locations that the North American dialup service can provide service to.
What kind of support is included?
A live person will answer your call from Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-2pm. If all support lines are busy you are given an option to leave a message and someone will return your call within one hour.
Outside those hours you will have the on-call technical support person return your call within one hour after leaving a message on the after-hours voice mail system.
How much does such a service cost?
If paid yearly it costs only $13.50/month! You can pay via debit or credit card, cheque, cash at our office location at 166 Bayfield St.
Barrie, ON or we can setup automatic payment from your chequing account or credit card. Payment via Internet banking and Paypal are also accepted.

Why is Apexia Voice and Data's North American dialup plan superior to many other dialup plan offerings found on the Internet?
The main thing that sets apart our dialup service from the others is the support that you will receive if it is required. We don't hide our location behind a PO Box. We have an actual office location where you may bring in your computer for us to help solve a problem and an actual phone number to call for support. Support via email only is useless if you are having email problems. Isn't it reassuring that if you have a problem you know where to find help. Those "companies" who only use a PO Box could just be a kid in their parent's basement!

Before you use any dial-up number for Internet access, you must contact your
local telephone service provider to verify if the number in question would
be a toll-charge call for you.
You can reach your local operator by dialing "0". Let the operator know the
telephone number that you are dialing from and the number that you are
dialing to. The operator will then verify whether or not the number is a
toll-charge call for you.
It is your sole responsibility to verify this
information. We are not responsible for any charges you may incur.
